CMG announcer ‘Gardner G Habash’ passes away

Clouds FM’s famous radio host, Gardner G Habash has passed away. The spokesperson of Clouds Media Group, Emilian Mallya has confirmed the death of the broadcaster.

Gardner, the presenter of the Jahazi program has died while receiving treatment at the Jakaya Kikwete Heart Institute (JKCI) today April 20, 2024, at 11 am. “It is true according to previous reports that he has died, but I will give more information later,” said Mallya.

They cried for Gardner

Through social networks, some people, including star artists in the country, have sent their condolences for Gardner’s death.

Zamaradi Mketema, who used to be a colleague, via Instagram has written: “Aaah Gadna man! Inalillahi waina ilaihi rajiun! May God rest you in peace brother, Dah! Gadna, rest in peace brother! God’s work is flawless.”

Bongo Fleva music artist, Peter Msechu via Instagram has written: “Daaaah aiseee rest Brother Gardner.”

Film producer, Steve Nyerere via Instagram has written: “Mstafuuuuu. In this world we pass and the road we pass is the same we will all pass, fortunately the road we pass each one has its time to pass, but it will only pass. The poor will pass, the rich will pass, the cheese will pass, but we’re only an hour apart.”

Through his text, Steve has said that God has kept a big secret in death, which is why until today we have been people who say God help me die a good death.

“Sleep brother, we’ll see each other later, it’s hard to believe, but with God’s will everything is possible,” concluded Steve’s letter.

Artist Dulla Makabila via Instagram has written in English: “Rest in Peace brother Gardner:” He continued in Kiswahili language and said: “May God strengthen the family, relatives and friends in this difficult time.”

Kinjekitile Ngombale, the famous Kinje, has written via Instagram: “Rest in peace my little one.” The other day I came to see you and told you I will come to see you again, daah! rest in peace my little one.”

Gardner gained fame through the Jahazi program at that time, collaborating with the late Ephraim Kibonde, and the famous Paul James PJ. The program was aired from 10.00 pm to 12.00 pm.
