Abdul is removed from Hamisa Mobetto’s son’s name

In order to distance her son from Tanzanian superstar Diamond Platnumz, Hamisa Mobetto has chosen to give her son a different name.

If you follow Tanzanian actress and model Hamisa Mobetto on social media, you may have noticed that her children’s names have changed recently on their accounts.

Fans have expressed curiosity about the rationale behind this modification.

With two different men, Mobetto, a mother of two, has a son and a daughter. It’s often accepted that she became pregnant with her son Dylan while Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz was still dating Zari Hassan.

The couple’s relationship was made public when Mobetto became pregnant.

Although Diamond first thought of Mobetto as the other woman, the reality became apparent after she became pregnant, particularly after she made Diamond’s paternity known to the world.

A lot of criticism was directed at Hamisa Mobetto for the fact that she named her son Dylan Abdul after Diamond and posted information about him on a regular basis.

Years later, though, rumors circulated claiming Diamond had denied Dylan’s fatherhood.

Recently, Mobetto made the decision to remove Diamond’s last name from her son by renaming him Dylan Mobetto.

Shortly after Diamond continuously refused to accept Dylan as his son, this choice was made.

To keep her relationship with her father, Majito Francis, Mobetto chose to keep her daughter’s name, Fantasy Francis.

Dylan’s name change has reignited rumors regarding Mobetto and Diamond’s relationship status and the current paternity suit.

The reasons behind the name change and its future implications have drawn questions from a number of supporters.

To learn more about Hamisa Mobetto’s choice and its underlying reasons, Tanzanian blogger Millard Ayo spoke with Mobetto’s mother over the phone.

When asked about her daughter’s shift, Hamisa’s mother said that social networking sites like Instagram weren’t as popular back then, implying that these kinds of adjustments might be more typical now.

Because she thought Hamisa had the greatest explanation for her conduct, she told the interviewer to ask Hamisa herself.

“Hilo swali ajibu Hamisa anatakiwa… A half-hour later, Instagram jamani na hakukuwa ni mambo haya ni kawaida tu jamani… AtWajibu kwa kabisa ufasaha. Time will tell, azungu wanasema,” she remarked.

She made it clear that she would not back down from her daughter’s defense or support in the face of rumors.

Hamisa’s mother, who hasn’t been as active on social media, said she will fight for her daughter to the very end.
