“Me and the players do not care if we get fired Man Utd” – Ten Hag responds to claims of dismissal

The head coach of Manchester United, Erik ten Hag has responded to the claims that he may be fired from the club at the end of this season.

Speaking ahead of the weekend’s return to action after a two-week international friendly break, Ten Hag said he and his players are not concerned about the rumors.

The Dutch manager said that he is used to such rumors because when you work in a big club like Manchester United, it is typical to hear those rumors and so he and his players have learned not to pay attention to them.

“My focus is on the process; it is to play at the best level and develop the players – not the rumors of the press”.
