The President of Zanzibar and the Chairperson of the Revolutionary Council Hon. Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi has said that the Government has been remarkably successful in strengthening closeness with the people by pay attention to disputes and resolving them quickly through the Speak with President Mwinyi (SNR) system.
