United States: Democrats launch campaign to try to win back minority votes.

Joe Biden has officially started campaigning for the November election. He has addressed African Americans. An opportunity to denounce white supremacy and try to regain the favor of minority voters. The Democratic camp is increasingly worried about their exclusion. On Tuesday, Rep. Joe Biden launched a campaign targeting Black people, Latinos and Asians in particular, ten months before the vote.

All studies show this. Even before many Muslim voters turned away from Joe Biden because of his support for Israel in the Gaza war, many Black, Latino and Asian voters had turned away from the Democratic party in recent months. The state of the economy, the failure to reduce student debt, even the poor management of forest fires; every race has set up a grudge against the Democratic camp. But the party has admitted all the mistakes and wants to take responsibility.

Under the word “POWER”, this massive campaign wants to regain these important votes, especially in areas where the Republican party lost two years ago, such as New York. Investigations are carried out in different areas, campaigns in several languages (English, Spanish, or even Korean for example), the challenge is to convince these voters to benefit from the reforms made for their purchasing power or efforts to protect their fundamental rights, due to threats from the Republican camp.

Thirty-five million dollars will be given to the campaign started 10 months before the election. A response to frequent criticism of the party for only showing interest in minority support in the final weeks of the campaign.
