KENYA UPDATES – HIGH COURT

High Court blocks Kenya Kwanza government from sending police officers to Haiti for peacekeeping. Justice Chacha Mwita has found that Haiti is not a reciprocating country and the National Security Council has no powers to deploy the National Police Service outside Kenya.
