KAMPALA UGANDA – DOKOLO WOMAN (MP)

Mourners have gathered in Bugolobi, Kampala for the official vigil of Dokolo Woman MP, Cecilia Ogwal, at her home. The veteran politician, (Iron Lady) succumbed to cancer last Thursday, and has been granted an official burial by the President.
